The independent survey kanzleimonitor.de 2015/2016, which is published annually by the German Association of Inhouse Lawyers, analysed 7,000 recommendations given by 700 companies.
As in the previous year, both the evaluation of the overall number of recommendations and the number of companies recommending Seufert resulted in a ranking among the top law firms.
Thus, Seufert holds again the top position in in the category "Health System (public and private)". In addition, Seufert received a significant number of recommendations from MDAX listed companies. Here Seufert can claim a position among the TOP 10 – behind Hengeler Mueller, Freshfields and Linklaters and on the same level with Gleiss Lutz and Noerr.
Furthermore, Seufert received multiple recommendations in corporate law, stock corporation and group law, capital markets law, M&A, contract law, and employment law.
