Seufert advised Midsona AB, a Swedish listed company with headquarters in Malmö and mar-ket-leader in the supply of dry products in Scandinavian markets for organic products, on its acquisition of all shares in Eisblümerl Naturkost GmbH with offices and production site in Lau-terhofen. Eisblümerl is a leading German manufacturer of organic nut products. This further transaction after having acquired Davert GmbH in 2018 fits in with Midsona's consequent ex-pansion, capturing herewith market-share in central Europe. Davert boasts decades of experi-ence in the organic food trade in Germany, specialising in products such as rice, pulses and grain products of organic quality.
