Data Respons ASA, a listed Norwegian company, has received all-round legal advice from Seufert Rechtsanwälte in its acquisition of all shares in MicroDoc Computersysteme GmbH, a Munich-based IT company. Data Respons, a leading player in the embedded solutions market, providing services and products in a wide range of market segments like the maritime and automotive industry, was already present in the German market through its offices in Erlangen and Karlsruhe. With the acquisition, however, of the shares in MicroDoc, Data Respons considerably expands its presence and commercial interests in the German market. Indeed, MicroDoc passes on its status of market niche provider of electronic data processing services, especially in the future-oriented field of the Internet of Things (IoT).
