Seufert advised the Norwegian technology group Data Respons ASA (Data Respons), a compa-ny listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange, on a further M&A transaction. Data Respons is a leading player in the embedded solutions market, providing services and products in a wide range of market segments like the automotive and maritime industry. Strengthening its position within software development and industrial digitalization in Germany, Data Respons ASA acquired 100 % of the shares in DONAT group GmbH (including its subsidiaries), a German IT services company headquartered in Ingolstadt with more than 140 employees. The company is a leading niche provider of software solutions and specialist services within software development and architecture, system integration and test management as well as R&D services. In previous years Data Respons acquired further leading specialist providers located in Munich, Ingolstadt and Leipzig offering services related to the internet of things, the automotive IT, advanced computer aided testing and logistic and mobility services.
