Seufert has guided in legal terms the Spanish textile group Antex with headquarters in Gerona through the purchase process of all shares in Walker Garne GmbH, a company specialised in the production of high quality yarns and threads in its own production sites, situated in Illertissen, Germany. Antex for its part is one of the few traditional textile producers of Catalonia with a leading position in Spain's highly competitive textile market. Antex concentrates on the produc-tion of high quality materials for the automobile and textile industry. With its takeover of Walker Garne GmbH, the Spanish group expands its current portfolio and gains a foothold in the Ger-man market. This market entry will serve Antex as a platform from which to launch a further expansion of its existing German and European market share.
