Together with Vandenbulke and Boels Zanders, Seufert was a co-organiser of the Global M&A Conference which took place on 13th and 14th February 2017 at the Millennium Hotel in London (Mayfair). Seufert's English partner law firm Ashfords LLP, which specialises, inter alia, on cross-border transactions, and which like Vandenbulke from Luxemburg and Boels Zanders from the Netherlands has for many years belonged to the international network advoc, an exclusive worldwide group of independent law firms, organised the conference which is meanwhile an established event.
The conference was aimed at in-house lawyers, corporate law specialists, financing experts, representatives of banks and other internationally active M&A professionals. Topics on the agenda were i.a. trends in M&A insurance, foreign investment controls, and IP and cybersecurity issues in M&A transactions.
