Data Respons ASA, a listed Norwegian company, has once again received legal advice from Seufert Rechtsanwälte in its acquisition of a German target. Having already acquired MicroDoc Computersysteme GmbH, a Munich-based IT company, Data Respons has now gone on to purchase all shares of EPOS CAT GmbH, an entity with offices in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm. With this transaction, Data Respons – a leading player in the embedded solutions market, providing services and products in a wide range of market segments like the maritime and automotive industry – considerably expands its presence and commercial interests in the German market. EPOS CAT is a leading specialist provider to the automotive industry offering advanced computer aided testing (CAT).
