Seufert supported the 6th Dresdner Medizinrechtssymposiums with Vice President of the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. iur. Ferdinand Kirchhof on the 29th and 30th September 2017

 

At the 6th Dresdner Medizinrechtssymposium on the 29th and 30th September in the banqueting hall of the Medical Association of Saxony (Sächsische Landesärztekammer), the audience discussed this year's subject "Quo vadis the Health System?" with interdisciplinary and prominent speakers.

The Vice President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. iur. Ferdinand Kirchhof, opened the symposium with a lecture on the topic "The Constitution and Social Insurance Law". The presiding judge of the 6th Senate of the Federal Social Court, Prof. Dr. iur. Ulrich Wenner, then spoke under the title of "Update from the Federal Social Court on MVZ".

The Seufert Health-Care Partner Dr. Thomas Vollmöller and Dr. Christof Veit, head of the IQTIG (Institute for Quality Control and Transparency in the Health System), Berlin, addressed the Symposium on "Quality-dependent surcharges and discounts in Hospital Financing".
